I love fruit — another one of those favorite f-words of mine 🙂 One of my favorite ways to consume them? Homemade smoothies! I make mine very healthy and my husband loves them too!
This morning I had one with my morning reading/journal time – nourishment for the soul and for the tummy 🙂
1 carton of strawberries
2 over-ripe bananas (refrigerated)
1 tray of ice
1/2 cup of water
3 tbs orange juice
**1 tbs french vanilla coffee flavoring —secret ingredient!**
Throw it in your blender, mix for two minutes, and voila! Love!
