Lips and Sips (05)

Hi hi!

I thought I’d share the lip color worn in my Black Tie Fab post — how pretty is this orange-tinted red? As I’m sure you’ve seen, I’m typically into more muted tones for my lips but this red is killer — and it goes so well with all black outfits – or white ones!

And how pretty are these earrings? I received them as a wedding gift from my cousin and wore them at my wedding. I thought another May wedding would be a fitting place to bring them out again 🙂

Lips and Sips (04)

Good morning, friends!

So, in my Saturday Night Chill post, I shared that I’d be posting regarding my lip color that night. I’m wearing it again today and I love it — I purchased it from Lancolm. It’s creamy and long-lasting, and such a pretty pink. They call it “310: Sought After”.

I’ll let you in on a tip — to save money, never buy concealer (a constant staple in your makeup bag) from a brand, until they’re offering a gift. That’s how I always do it! Lancolm is running a great gift now, so I bought my concealer refill and this lip color and received a great gift!
